Revenge of The Recycling System
This Power BI report was created to track material requests associated with work orders and projects. It helps users quickly see the status of each material request, the date materials are needed, the related catalog item, and whether the required quantity has been reserved. The report supports planning and execution by giving teams a clear view of material readiness and helping identify potential delays before work begins.
This flow runs daily at 10:00 AM Eastern Time. It reads rows from an Excel table containing scheduled dates and assigned persons for PCC accountability duty. For each row, it checks if the scheduled date matches today. If so, it sends a reminder email to the assigned person and relevant team members, including duty details and a link to the schedule. No email is sent if the date does not match.
